Terms

Written to be read. If any part of this is unclear, the unclear reading is not the one we’ll rely on against you.

01

Who we are

Casino Domination operates an advertising board and a public ledger. We are not a casino, bookmaker, betting exchange, lottery or gambling operator. We hold no gambling licence because we conduct no gambling: we take no bets, we offer no games of chance for money, and we hold no player funds for wagering.

The operators listed on this board are separate companies, licensed by their own regulators. Their games, their terms, their payouts and their conduct are theirs, not ours. Listing an operator is not an endorsement of it.

02

The prize draw — free entry, no purchase necessary

The prize pot on this site is a free-entry prize draw. No purchase, deposit, wager or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win, and paying money will not improve anyone’s chance of winning. There is no paid entry route at all, so there is no paid route to buy an advantage over.

Entry is automatic and anonymous: a seat is created on your first page view, with no form and no account. You receive 1 entry for each day you visit. Entries never expire, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or gifted. Winning resets a seat’s entries to zero.

There is one prize pot for the whole site, funded by operator advertising spend and never by players. Of every pound an operator spends, 20% goes to that pot and 80% to us.

Up to $1,000 the pot pays one winner. Above that it pays 40% to one winner and 5% to each of 12 runners-up.

Draws use a published random seed and the result is recorded on the public ledger. A winning seat is given a claim code on the site and must claim within 30 days, at which point we collect the details needed to pay and to verify age. Unclaimed prizes return to the pot. Prizes are paid in cash by bank transfer. A prize is never paid as casino credit, bonus funds, or anything that has to be gambled to be realised.

03

Who may take part

You must be 18 or over, and 21 or over where the law of your jurisdiction requires it. We verify age and identity before paying a prize, and an unverifiable claim is not paid.

One seat per person. Duplicate, automated and incentivised seats are removed along with their entries.

People who work for us, and their immediate households, cannot claim a prize. Nor can anyone employed by an operator listed on the board.

Entry is void where prohibited by local law. Residents of markets marked restricted cannot enter, and we geo-block accordingly.

04

Your data

We collect as little as the site can run on. A seat in the draw needs no personal data at all; we ask for contact and payment details only when a seat has won and is claiming. We do not sell personal data.

An operator receives your details only if you explicitly opt in to hear from that operator. That consent is per operator, is never bundled with anything else, and can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect your entries.

Player ratings are published under a handle, never under your name or email address.

05

Operator obligations

A listed operator warrants that it holds a valid licence for every market it buys: the local regulator’s licence for a locally regulated market, or a recognised offshore licence plus a written attestation for a gray market. Licence details are verified against public registers before listing and re-checked periodically.

A listed operator must pay player withdrawals within its own published timeframes, comply with the advertising and responsible gambling rules of each market it appears in, and geo-block markets it is not permitted to serve.

An operator may not offer any inducement in exchange for a player rating, or attempt to influence its rating by any means.

Payments are final and are not refunded, including when a market is taken by someone else for 1.5× the price, when an operator withdraws, and when an operator is delisted. An operator that reverses a settled payment forfeits its markets.

We may suspend or delist an operator for any breach of these obligations, immediately and without refund. The grounds are listed in the rules. Ledger entries for a delisted operator remain published.

06

The board and its figures

Prices, ownership, ledger entries and the pot balance are published as the engine computes them. We correct genuine errors and record the correction; we do not quietly amend history.

Rankings describe money spent and ratings received. They are not editorial judgements about which operator is better, and nothing on this board should be read as advice to gamble with anyone.

We may change opening prices and mechanics for future purchases. Changes are published in the rules before they take effect.

07

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, from a delayed draw, or from dealings between you and a listed operator.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Any dispute with a listed operator is between you and that operator, and then their regulator or ADR service. We will publish what we find, which is the remedy this board is built to provide.

08

Contact and governing law

Questions about a draw, a claim or a listing go to the address published in the site footer. Prize-draw promoter details are supplied on request.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any protection available to you under the law of your country of residence.

Gambling carries risk and most people who gamble lose money. If it is causing you harm, support is free and confidential: GamCare on 0808 8020 133 in the UK, or your national service. Read what this board is and is not in about.
