  1. 1 — The list is published before the drawEvery seat and its entry count is snapshotted at the scheduled time, hashed with SHA-256, and the hash is published before the draw runs. Nothing can be added, removed or re-weighted after that point.
  2. 2 — The seed comes from outsideThe randomness is the hash of the first Bitcoin block mined after the scheduled time. Nobody running this site can choose it, predict it or wait for a better one. Seed plus published list produce the winning seats deterministically, so anyone can re-run the draw and confirm the result.
  3. 3 — Winners stay anonymousA seat has no name attached, so a winner is issued a claim code instead. It appears on this page on their next visit, and payout details are collected only then. Unclaimed prizes expire after 30 days and return to the pot.
